Description

  • Create new enemies for a high-mobility action game.
  • Write design specs and technical documents.
  • Work with AI designers and engineers on NPC creation, scripting, and behavior trees.
  • Collaborate with producers to plan future work and identify dependencies.
  • Analyze user data, feedback, and heatmaps to evaluate AI performance and guide changes.
  • Present and pitch new AI ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Passion for multiplayer games.
  • 2+ years of professional game design or AI game development experience in a multiplayer game.
  • Technical expertise in Unreal and/or equivalent AAA game engines.
  • Proficiency in blueprint scripting and AI behavior trees.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional understanding of competitive multiplayer games and how they use NPCs.
  • Background or education in game design or programming.
