Description

  • Build and refine AI agents to automate knowledge retrieval, extract intelligence, and support decisions.
  • Design and build automation workflows and pipelines to eliminate manual and repetitive processes.
  • Write Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from internal systems such as Salesforce and the data warehouse.
  • Develop scoring and prioritization models to support business decisions.
  • Engage cross-functionally to understand pain points, document requirements, and translate them into structured problem statements.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive end-to-end implementation of process improvements.
  • Independently scope, sequence, and deliver technical projects.
  • Guide or mentor junior team members and serve as a go-to resource for AI and automation across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in AI, automation, data science, or analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred background in SaaS and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and working with data structures.
  • Experience building AI agents using frameworks or custom tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or custom-built solutions.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems through APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants to build or configure MCP servers.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
