Description

  • Set the venture direction by refining the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, run pilots, and convert them into paid engagements.
  • Build and own the go-to-market motion for the company.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating cadence.
  • Work with the FutureSight studio team as a co-creating CEO partner.

Requirements

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Understanding of denial codes, administrative denials, and fragmented billing systems such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, and Availity.
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Experience working in a co-founder or early-stage startup environment is implied as important.
  • Preferred alignment with a founder role focused on building a venture from inception to exit.
