Description

  • Own Salesforce hygiene by auditing the open pipeline, identifying stalled or outdated opportunities, and improving data accuracy with sales leaders.
  • Schedule, manage, and facilitate pipeline calls and ensure follow-through on next steps and agenda standards.
  • Manage the employee incentive process, including opportunity review, approvals, and award communications.
  • Audit won opportunities to verify Salesforce records accurately reflect contract scope, timing, and financial terms.
  • Lead renewal management by ensuring renewals are created, tracked, closed, and reviewed on time.
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights on win/loss trends, forecast quality, and weighting accuracy.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption across the business and identify process improvements, account tracking enhancements, and integration opportunities.
  • Support day-to-day Salesforce administration, including licenses, reassignment of records, dashboards, reports, and workflow maintenance.
  • Partner across sales, finance, consulting, and executive leadership to drive accountability and improve sales process discipline.
  • Act as an operational partner who identifies and addresses issues before and after opportunities move through the pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, Salesforce administration, or a similar role supporting a consultative sales organization.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, renewal processes, forecasting concepts, and sales process governance.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, data structures, and operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and translate findings into practical recommendations for business leaders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and executive stakeholders to improve processes and drive accountability.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and drive follow-through.
  • Ability to build relationships and lead through influence across teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.
  • Experience supporting a professional services, consulting, or B2B sales organization (preferred).
  • Background in renewal management, sales analytics, or revenue operations (preferred).
  • Experience leading CRM enhancements, cross-system integrations, or process improvement initiatives (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, excluding bonuses and benefits.
