Description

  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads for the Central Region.
  • Convert prospects into clients through a pure hunting sales approach.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Present product features and explain how they solve customer challenges.
  • Answer customer questions about Entrata’s products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and teams.
  • Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-up.
  • Participate in local and regional travel, apartment associations, and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to cultivate client relationships and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Social intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Experience selling CRM software is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of property management software is advantageous.
  • Experience working with a remote team is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with current trends in property management technology is advantageous.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
