Description

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to support business requirements.
  • Adapt and update Salesforce architecture to maintain operational continuity and support business growth.
  • Build basic Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Assist with release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code.
  • Perform unit, integration, and regression testing and debug issues to ensure system stability.
  • Lead UAT testing, gather feedback, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure system acceptance.
  • Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain data consistency and integrity.
  • Create and maintain system architecture, API, and operational documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
  • Knowledge of Data Cloud architecture.
  • Hands-on experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools, with the judgment to review and validate AI-generated code.
  • Experience with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP-based web services.
  • Familiarity with developing on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Competitive base salary of $113,475 to $157,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
