Description

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce platform management, including configuration, user access, data integrity, performance monitoring, and enhancements.
  • Design, build, and optimize business workflows, including pipeline/opportunity and pricing approval processes.
  • Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as Jira, Confluence, Outlook/email, and customer ticketing platforms.
  • Manage access control through roles, profiles, and permission sets while enforcing governance and least-privilege security principles.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and IT to gather requirements and standardize processes.
  • Support operational workflows and process improvements across planning, approvals, visibility, and execution tracking.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, workflow failures, and integration errors, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Manage release processes, including testing, deployment, change management, and documentation.
  • Support data governance through validation rules, data quality standards, and regular audits.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to improve adoption across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration or platform management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, workflows, validation, and approvals.
  • Experience with system integrations using APIs, middleware, or external systems.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Experience building and optimizing approval workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting CRM and business operations systems in a high-growth environment (preferred).
  • Experience with workflow automation, release management, and system change governance (preferred).
  • Familiarity with operational workflows across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams (preferred).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Outlook/email integrations, or customer support platforms (preferred).
  • Experience improving business process efficiency, controls, and reporting visibility (preferred).
  • Semiconductor, hardware, or enterprise technology industry experience is a plus.
