Description

  • Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver efficient and secure solutions.
  • Implement and maintain automations such as flows, triggers, workflows, and Process Builder.
  • Create and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices and standards.
  • Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • Support technical leadership in interactions with external consultancies and ensure architectural consistency.
  • Drive architectural discussions, raise engineering standards, and support cross-team initiatives as a Staff-level engineer.

Requirements

  • Experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
  • Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with queue systems such as SQS or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps tools such as SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, and Metadata API.
  • Technical English for reading and writing.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder (preferred).
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or other integration-supporting languages (preferred).
  • Experience with microservices architecture (preferred).
