Description

  • Lead solution design for complex projects and translate business needs into scalable Revenue Cloud Advanced architectures.
  • Facilitate planning and prioritization sessions focused on business process impacts and long-term ROI.
  • Serve as a primary sales-facing expert for strategic client questions and RevOps alignment.
  • Partner with clients on change management plans, including training, enablement, communication, and rollout.
  • Manage stakeholder escalations, clarify project scope, and support Delivery Leadership on difficult conversations.
  • Identify delivery gaps and create reusable assets such as blueprints, industry templates, and best practices.
  • Act as a functional SME in Revenue Cloud while maintaining cross-functional Salesforce expertise.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions across RCA, Billing, Contract Management, and declarative automation.
  • Manage data migrations and design integrations between Salesforce and ERP/accounting systems using point-to-point or middleware solutions.
  • Lead scoping for new engagements and provide accurate levels of effort for complex customizations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, including 2+ years focused on Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of declarative automation, reporting, and system customization.
  • Strong experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing, and CPQ.
  • Strong grasp of revenue recognition principles, accounting standards, and recurring revenue best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead client discussions, influence decisions, and resolve complex solutioning challenges.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant and CPQ Specialist certifications are required.
  • Additional certifications such as Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, or System Architect are a significant plus.
