Description

  • Own and drive the RevOps program portfolio end-to-end, including GTM launches, system rollouts, process changes, and enablement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the cross-functional operating cadence, including stakeholder syncs, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Product to translate strategic priorities into structured workstreams with clear owners and timelines.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and misalignment across GTM functions and implement solutions.
  • Create lightweight frameworks for intake, prioritization, and capacity planning to reduce reactivity.
  • Provide clear leadership reporting on progress, risks, and decisions needed without overcomplicating updates.
  • Drive accountability across multiple workstreams and keep projects moving without relying on positional authority.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, RevOps, sales operations, or GTM operations.
  • Proven ability to run multi-workstream programs across technical and non-technical stakeholders without positional authority.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience building trackers, timelines, and accountability structures.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear briefs and running efficient meetings.
  • Ability to know when to escalate versus absorb issues.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent operational experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $123,000 to $145,000 USD.
  • Potential for equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
