Description

  • Map and improve current sales processes to remove bottlenecks and create repeatable workflows.
  • Partner with sales leadership to implement new processes and drive adoption across the team.
  • Run weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and forecasting routines for leadership.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track account and rep performance against targets.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in sales data early and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Help manage account and market assignments to balance workload and align coverage.
  • Support the design and maintenance of sales compensation plans.
  • Own Salesforce data quality, including account ownership, record types, and workflow accuracy.
  • Work with data teams to ensure reporting systems reflect the business accurately.
  • Lead special projects such as new market analysis, strategic business cases, goal setting, and headcount modeling.
  • Connect sales, finance, data, and product teams to keep planning and execution aligned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role with ownership of processes and outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including reports, records, and workflows.
  • Comfort with data analysis and the ability to tell a clear story from spreadsheets or dashboards.
  • Experience with tools like Looker or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics across teams and to senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who identifies problems, proposes solutions, and executes independently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and broad responsibilities.
  • Experience writing SQL or working hands-on with data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects end to end is preferred.
  • Startup or fast-growing company experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $87,805 to $121,500 USD.
