Description

  • Drive development and maintenance of the partner sales motion, including certification programs, training materials, and internal job aids.
  • Own supply and partnerships SOPs and knowledge articles in GTM Buddy, auditing documentation and keeping materials current with product, growth, and RevOps changes.
  • Develop, deliver, train on, and maintain internal playbooks in partnership with revenue leadership, managers, RevOps, and PMM.
  • Run a structured training program to improve revenue management knowledge, sales positioning, and skill-based coaching.
  • Support monthly cross-functional Q&A sessions for the Partnerships team.
  • Provide dedicated support and adoption materials for Outreach, Attention, GTM Buddy, PRM, Crossbeam, and Salesforce-related rollouts.
  • Partner with Product and RevOps on feature rollouts, announcements, and process-change communications across functional tools.
  • Design and maintain onboarding programs for Supply and Partnerships, and build an ongoing everboarding curriculum to keep reps up to date.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related GTM function.
  • Experience supporting Supply, Partnerships, or B2B sales teams is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GTM Buddy, Outreach, Attention, Salesforce, PRM platforms, and Crossbeam is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products and processes into clear, repeatable training and documentation.
  • Strong sales acumen and exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Growth, and RevOps.
  • A builder mindset with the ability to identify gaps, prioritize high-leverage work, and bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with a “build as you fly” approach.
  • Ability to work fully remote.
