Description

  • Own the CRM configuration and pipeline design for the Groups motion, including stage logic from inquiry through actualization.
  • Build and maintain the operational infrastructure for the RFP process, including volume tracking, response-time SLAs, win/loss tagging, and reporting.
  • Develop forecasting methods that account for seasonality and non-linear deal progression in the Groups business.
  • Own attrition and actualization tracking, including room block attrition, revenue actualization, and early warning signals for underperforming groups.
  • Set and enforce CRM hygiene standards, custom fields, custom stage logic, and custom reporting for the Groups pod.
  • Partner with the VP of RevOps and Finance to model attainment and support comp structure design for Groups sellers.
  • Build performance analytics and reporting for leadership, including RFP conversion, average group size, revenue per event, and pipeline metrics for QBRs.
  • Translate group deal complexity into clear process guidance for sellers and actionable data for leadership.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably supporting group sales, event-based revenue, hospitality, or a similarly seasonal and complex buying motion.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience building custom objects, stage logic, and reporting for non-standard sales processes.
  • Experience with RFP-based sales workflows, room block management, or event-driven pipeline tracking is a strong differentiator.
  • Demonstrated ability to build forecasting models that account for seasonality and non-linear deal progression.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn messy data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting group or meetings-oriented sales motions is preferred.
  • Ability to work with compensation, attainment, and deal-economics data in partnership with Finance and RevOps.

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$152,200 USD.
