Description

  • Own the outbound pipeline layer, including coverage models, stage conversion benchmarks, and velocity metrics.
  • Identify and remove friction in the outbound motion through sequencing tool configuration, lead routing logic, and workflow automation.
  • Build and maintain lead enrichment and scoring infrastructure to route the right accounts to the right reps.
  • Own the SDR-to-AE handoff process, including criteria definition, tracking, and quality measurement.
  • Set and enforce CRM standards, including stage definitions, required fields, and activity logging.
  • Partner with the VP of RevOps and Finance on quota attainment modeling, comp anomaly analysis, and incentive structure support.
  • Own coverage and capacity modeling for the outbound pod and surface territory design gaps before they affect forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze pipeline health to identify where deals stall, where forecasting is over-relied on, and where tooling creates bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally supporting a high-velocity outbound motion in a marketplace, SaaS, or fintech environment.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Direct experience with outbound tooling such as Outreach or Salesloft, enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay, and routing logic.
  • Demonstrated experience with pipeline analysis and forecast methodology.
  • Exposure to AI-powered lead scoring or workflow automation, with deployed experience preferred over evaluation only.
  • Experience building reports, configuring flows, and fixing CRM data problems independently.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales motion and how reps actually work in practice.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and turn pipeline issues or rep feedback into actionable business and process insights.
