Description

  • Manage and grow client relationships through hands-on partnership with client success, operations, and sales leadership.
  • Serve as the client advocate by translating needs into actionable plans and resolving issues proactively.
  • Oversee client success activities for assigned accounts across the full client lifecycle, including sales, implementation, go-live, and business reviews.
  • Track client performance goals, KPI metrics, customer surveys, and retention objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including metrics, benchmarks, and ROI updates.
  • Lead regular client meetings and conference calls, including agenda creation, presentation materials, summaries, and meeting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and Product Support, to resolve file issues, implement updates, and support automation.
  • Develop client-specific strategies and action plans to address open items, maximize revenue, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support implementation teams with process rollouts and manage client deliverables after implementation.
  • Participate in internal account reviews, including sales forecasts and at-risk account discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of account management experience in the healthcare technology industry, specifically involving hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective polished professional presentation skills for communicating analytics, results, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and adapt flexibly under pressure.
  • Experience managing stressful situations and difficult conversations effectively.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
