Description

  • Actively manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads.
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and outbound prospects against the ideal customer profile.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key business challenges and articulate appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to support a seamless sales process.
  • Work closely with the senior team to support a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects.
  • Monitor personal KPIs and report on activity volume and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and running structured sales cadences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
  • Strong commercial acumen and CRM proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role based in South Africa.
  • Long-term contractor position.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 1am to 9am SAST.
  • Salary of R19 000 to R21 000 per month, based on experience.
