Description

  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and social channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Respond quickly to inbound Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Partner with aligned Territory Managers to build and execute account-based strategies for enterprise targets and upsell opportunities.
  • Track and manage opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring high-quality handoffs and progression to Stage 5 pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, insights, and pipeline data in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to drive greenfield pipeline and strategic expansion within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity or enterprise sales development environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions to senior decision-makers.
  • Coachable mindset with a relentless drive to improve sales craft.
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline tracking is preferred.
