Description

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, respond promptly, schedule introductory calls, and move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Introduce prospects to Gummicube’s ASO methodology and DATACUBE technology and tailor pitches to their app category, goals, and competitive position.
  • Research prospective partners’ apps and market presence to prepare informed recommendations before calls and meetings.
  • Take notes during prospect calls, prepare briefing agendas, create executive-ready documents, and run reports for the Business Development team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle, gathering feedback and resolving questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, analytics, and client services to support revenue and profitability targets.
  • Assist in drafting statements of work, proposals, and data analyses for prospective clients.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve personal productivity, including drafting communications, organizing research, and managing workflow.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused, or services-oriented environment.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track pipeline activity.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong ownership mindset, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to a team-based culture.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in personal or professional life, or an eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with App Store Optimization, mobile growth, mobile user acquisition, or app store analytics is preferred.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic direction is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the App Store, Google Play, or the broader mobile marketing ecosystem is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States in one of Airship’s eligible locations.
  • This is a non-exempt, fully remote position with up to 10% travel.
  • Starting pay range is $31.25-$33.90 per hour, annualized to $65,000-$70,500.
