Description

  • Call warm inbound leads generated through marketing funnels, workshops, and applications.
  • Conduct structured qualification conversations to assess business stage, revenue, growth goals, and readiness.
  • Book qualified prospects into strategy calls that meet the company’s criteria.
  • Set clear expectations to maximise show rates and close rates.
  • Follow up with leads to reduce no-shows and maintain pipeline health.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including notes, tags, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with closers to align on calendar flow and lead quality.
  • Own daily activity metrics and booking targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or appointment setting preferred.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development, or phone-based sales.
  • Confidence leading structured phone conversations.
  • Strong qualification and questioning skills.
  • High level of accountability and consistency.
  • Comfortable working with scripts and frameworks.
  • Strong CRM discipline and follow-up skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Availability during AEST business hours.
  • Comfortable making up to 200 calls per day.
