Description

  • Drive new customer acquisition and new revenue across the LATAM region.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Develop the territory and meet annual recurring revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers modernizing their IoT connectivity infrastructure.
  • Work with decision-makers and influencers across business management, development, product management, operations, and procurement.
  • Partner with marketing, solution engineering, product management, and other internal stakeholders to advance deals.
  • Manage pricing, competitive differentiation, solution design, and close plans for enterprise opportunities.
  • Create a winning culture and contribute to growth in a fast-moving market.

Requirements

  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with complex B2B SaaS products, with Telco IoT preferred but not required.
  • Extensive experience in deal-closing responsibilities and enterprise sales.
  • Experience in value-based selling and familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals and quota.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and close plans for deals exceeding 100k ARR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
