Description

  • Generate pipeline within the existing client base through high-volume outbound outreach.
  • Prospect into new personas and stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations that connect business outcomes to Higher Logic solutions.
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline with clear next steps and forecast visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Consulting, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and maximize customer outcomes.
  • Challenge the status quo by bringing new ideas to improve outreach, messaging, and conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed quota while contributing to a high-performance, team-first culture.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong prospecting and outbound discipline, especially via phone.
  • Confidence selling to multiple stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate complex, multi-year deals.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on performance and winning.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
