Description

  • Lead video screening calls with prospective instructors sourced by the recruiting team.
  • Evaluate candidates’ charisma, expertise, and teaching potential.
  • Quickly pivot from interviewer to recruiter to sell qualified candidates on ELVTR’s vision.
  • Politely decline senior leaders who do not meet instructor standards while protecting the brand image.
  • Move successful candidates into the production phase and ensure a smooth handoff to course creators.
  • Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria.
  • Manage a high volume of meetings and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
  • Conduct conversations with executives in a polished, confident, and adaptable manner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
  • Exceptional English proficiency with strong verbal nuance and the ability to adapt tone to different personalities.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of Zoom meetings and maintaining organized records in ATS/CRM tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Remote work setup based in South Africa with availability for afternoon/evening shifts aligned to US business hours.
  • Ability to work occasional later evenings for calls with West Coast US instructors.
  • Quiet, professional home office environment available during working hours.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection, preferably fibre.
  • Backup power solution such as a UPS or inverter is highly advantageous.
