Description

  • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with candidates across sales, technical, and business functions.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing.
  • Lead hiring for go-to-market roles including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership positions.
  • Support recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as needed.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a responsive and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, interview processes, and talent strategy.
  • Improve recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflows.
  • Stay current on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Represent Breeze externally and help strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both.
  • Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market talent.
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting processes is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting experience across LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Agency recruiting experience is a strong plus.
  • Startup recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be located in the United States and able to work some evening hours to interview candidates in the Singapore timezone.
