Description

  • Discover real business problems by interviewing stakeholders, observing workflows, and identifying the underlying operational bottlenecks.
  • Design practical product solutions, including user flows, workflow logic, feature sets, data requirements, edge cases, and launch plans.
  • Write detailed, development-ready PRDs and technical specifications using AI tools.
  • Prototype tools and workflows using AI-assisted development and no-code/low-code systems.
  • Partner with the CTO and engineers on complex builds involving backend logic, APIs, data architecture, security, payments, and production implementation.
  • Own the product layer end to end, including problem definition, scope, roadmap, acceptance criteria, and user validation.
  • Drive internal adoption of shipped tools through training, feedback collection, release notes, and iteration.
  • Build or co-build internal prototypes quickly and validate them with real users.
  • Map the student journey and prototype student-facing product concepts as the scope expands.
  • Create a repeatable AI-native product development process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Operations, RevOps, automation, or a similar role.
  • Experience with n8n, Zapier, Supabase, or Vercel.
  • Experience with Claude, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex.
  • Ability to prototype tools using AI-assisted development.
  • Experience interviewing business stakeholders and translating business needs into clear requirements.
  • Experience writing PRDs, specs, user stories, workflow documentation, or acceptance criteria.
  • Strong structured thinking and communication skills.
  • Practical understanding of software development workflows and basic technical fluency with APIs, databases, integrations, permissions, user roles, logs, errors, and deployment basics.
  • Enough design judgment to ship clean, trustworthy user-facing flows with AI design tools.
  • Respect for data privacy, security, and brand risk when building products for real users.
  • A portfolio of real work with your personal contribution clearly identifiable.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Startup or founder experience, even if the project failed, is a strong advantage.
  • Experience building internal tools, automations, dashboards, or workflow products that teams actually used is a strong advantage.
  • B2C or consumer-facing product experience, especially in edtech or online learning, is a strong advantage.
