Description

  • Work through inbound leads, target prospects, and strategic accounts to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and refine talk tracks, value statements, and campaign execution for outreach efforts.
  • Conduct cold outreach by phone and email using a web dialer and high-velocity sales tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate high-quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives, ensuring accurate timing and strong attendance.
  • Follow up on unaccepted appointments and re-nurture them into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and engagement progress in the CRM.
  • Analyze outreach performance and adjust messaging and approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to align on target accounts and improve meeting quality.
  • Use marketing, sales, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and personalization.
  • Support other SDRs by sharing best practices and contributing to team development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably in B2B software.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs, including meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate value to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage prospecting efforts efficiently.
  • Ability to travel less than 10% as business needs require.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.
  • Sedentary work involving primarily desk and computer-based tasks.
