Description

  • Source and prospect independent attorneys in priority counties and markets across the country.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Pitch the Docketly opportunity and handle objections to secure attorney commitments and signups.
  • Meet a points-based quota weighted by county difficulty and attorney demand.
  • Onboard new attorneys through setup and training so they can successfully take hearings.
  • Keep attorneys engaged and active through ongoing follow-up and relationship management.
  • Log outreach activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM or pipeline system.
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Success to identify emerging demand and grow the network.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, telesales, account management, or collections.
  • Comfort making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection without losing momentum.
  • Strong persuasion skills on the phone and in writing, including objection handling and closing.
  • Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage an independent pipeline.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas or targets is preferred.
  • Experience selling to professionals, small businesses, or in a services/marketplace setting is preferred.
  • Comfort with CRM and outreach tools is preferred.
  • Exposure to the legal industry is preferred.
  • Comfortable on Mac OS and Google Workspace is preferred.
