Description

  • Source and prospect independent attorneys in priority counties and markets.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Pitch the Docketly opportunity, handle objections, and close attorneys to sign up.
  • Meet a points-based quota tied to attorney recruitment and county difficulty.
  • Onboard new attorneys through setup and training so they can begin hearings successfully.
  • Maintain and nurture attorney relationships to keep them engaged and active on the platform.
  • Log activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM and keep the pipeline organized.
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Success to identify emerging demand and grow the network.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold-calling, or a quota-carrying role, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, telesales, account management, or collections.
  • Comfort making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection without losing momentum.
  • Ability to pitch persuasively on the phone and in writing, handle objections, and ask for commitment.
  • Strong organization and self-direction to manage a pipeline independently.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas or targets (preferred).
  • Experience selling to professionals, small businesses, or in a services/marketplace environment (preferred).
  • Comfort with CRM and outreach tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to the legal industry and familiarity with Mac OS and Google Workspace (preferred).
