Description

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target industries, and market segments for recruitment and outsourcing services.
  • Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Build systems for prospecting, nurturing, and converting potential clients.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans and align them with business goals.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Design and manage end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, marketing partners, and agencies.
  • Oversee website, social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for marketing and growth activities.
  • Present regular performance reports and growth recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, client acquisition, or strategic marketing.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, professional services, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring clients through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, automation tools, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience developing go-to-market and growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
