Description

  • Develop strategy to accelerate DashPass growth and advance DoorDash’s local-commerce membership business.
  • Lead, manage, recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new opportunities.
  • Incubate new offerings and develop products and launch plans from the ground up.
  • Run data-driven experiments across customer support, retention, and member experiences.
  • Evaluate operational and financial impacts and iterate based on results.
  • Communicate strategy, benefits, and performance to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Apply industry benchmarks, best practices, and emerging approaches to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant management experience.
  • Experience in a marketplace or subscription-focused business preferred.
  • Founder experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant, company-wide impact.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, including managing up and influencing senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale organizations through recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent.
  • Ability to create clarity, prioritize, and make pragmatic decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Bias toward action, agility, and hands-on leadership in fast-paced settings.
  • Clear strategic thinking and ability to articulate vision to cross-functional partners.
  • Strong customer-experience orientation and breakthrough problem-solving mindset.
