Description

Configure ServiceNow Change Management and Release Management applications from the ground up for the proof-of-concept.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain.
Work directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around real workflows.
Deliver a working proof-of-concept and provide recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap.
Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality, extensible solution.

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and integration.
Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules.
Exposure to Change Velocity and/or Digital Product Release apps is a strong plus.
Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with REST API integrations, webhooks, and workflow orchestration.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model.
Experience working directly with client or business stakeholders to translate workflows into platform configuration.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch proof-of-concept environment rather than a maintenance or BAU setup.
Healthcare or other regulated-industry ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Upper-Intermediate English.
