Description

  • Administer the Salesforce org, including users, security, data quality, reports, and dashboards.
  • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation.
  • Establish best practices for data architecture, change management, and platform governance.
  • Configure and enhance CPQ and quoting workflows, including pricing rules, approvals, and quote templates.
  • Translate requirements from Sales, Finance, and Operations into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate AppExchange applications and third-party tools.
  • Develop light custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, or similar technologies when needed.
  • Document configurations, processes, and platform changes for long-term maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including user and security management, Flow Builder, and reporting.
  • Production experience building and maintaining Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Direct experience configuring Salesforce CPQ or a comparable quoting and pricing solution.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Apex and/or Lightning Web Components preferred.
  • Experience in GovCon, professional services, or IT/cybersecurity reseller environments preferred.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with finance, contracts, PSA, or PPM tools preferred; CPQ Specialist or Platform Developer I certification is a plus.
