Description

  • Maintain personnel records in accordance with current legislation and state standards.
  • Maintain military records in accordance with current legislation and state standards.
  • Register employee hiring, transfers, and dismissals using company-approved forms, systems, and labor law requirements.
  • Form and maintain employee personal files and the employee database.
  • Enter personnel data into the personnel and payroll system.
  • Fill, record, and store work books and maintain employment history records.
  • Archive personnel files and prepare documents for transfer to the State Archives when retention periods expire.
  • Provide personal data to accounting, extra-budgetary funds, and tax authorities as needed.
  • Prepare documents with accountants to support social benefits, pensions, allowances, and related transfers to Social Welfare Authorities.
  • Issue personnel certificates and maintain computerized and paper records for leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, overtime, and related reports.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office procedures and office organization fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of personnel recordkeeping principles, procedures, and practices.
  • Experience with Jira, BAS, and 1C.
  • At least B1 level of English.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Experience with DIIA City is a plus.
