Description

  • Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and workforce priorities.
  • Coach managers through performance conversations, corrective action, investigations, and sensitive employee matters.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, development, retention, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and offboarding.
  • Use Dayforce and other HR systems to maintain accurate employee data, analyze workforce trends, and deliver reporting insights.
  • Support organizational changes, restructures, team transitions, and workforce planning.
  • Guide leaders and employees on compensation, benefits, leave programs, employment policies, and compliance.
  • Develop initiatives that improve engagement, retention, communication, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience supporting managers and employees.
  • Experience advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar consultative HR role preferred.
  • Experience with Dayforce or another HCM/HRIS platform preferred.
  • Experience with organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, HR analytics, or compliance preferred.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or another HR certification preferred.

  • Annual salary range of $90,000-$110,000.
