Description

  • Manage and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives across the UKI region.
  • Build and execute the sales strategy for the UKI Mid-Market segment.
  • Lead strategic deals, coach the team, and set performance standards.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure quota attainment and drive use of Elastic’s sales methodology.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver customer value.
  • Partner with leadership across Elastic to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel regularly to support deal creation, deal closure, and team needs.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience running high-performing Mid-Market sales teams.
  • Experience leading in a matrix organization.
  • Growth mindset with resilience, curiosity, and motivation to build something extraordinary.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable sales strategies and processes.
  • SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Experience working within an open source model (bonus points).
