Description

  • Support Elastic’s field operations organization in finding and hiring top talent.
  • Develop, implement, and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Source, interview, and qualify candidates for commercial and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Track sourcing and pipeline metrics and share progress with peers and hiring teams.
  • Stay current on Elastic’s business and technical developments.
  • Serve as an Elastic brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
  • Support hiring across go-to-market roles such as Account Executives, Solution Architects, Partner Managers, and services roles.

Requirements

  • A few years of sourcing experience in the IT sector, with a focus on quota-carrying roles.
  • Technical curiosity, even though the role does not source for technical positions.
  • Excellent English and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to craft insightful reports and work comfortably with data.
  • International mindset and comfort working with globally distributed colleagues and candidates.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about engineering teams and the products they build.
  • Sense of responsibility, ownership, and ability to reliably partner with teams.
  • Experience building scalable, repeatable sourcing motions (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for go-to-market or field operations roles (preferred).
