Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer closure.
  • Identify and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, authenticity, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers across different time zones.
  • Perform reference checks and gather actionable insights on candidate performance and behavior.
  • Create and post job descriptions to attract relevant talent.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring records.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support offer rollout and assist in negotiation discussions.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially using LinkedIn and online platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and identify potential and fit.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort conducting reference checks and gathering actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
  • Adaptability to work in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
