Description

  • Build trusted customer relationships and understand client business challenges to identify where MDM can create value.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts through renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells across a dedicated portfolio of clients.
  • Map MDM Technology solutions to customer needs and demonstrate how the offerings solve specific business challenges.
  • Contribute to account strategy by meeting with key influencers and stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities, address objections, and help shape a customer-specific buying vision.
  • Use vertical and use-case expertise to present credible success stories that support customer business outcomes.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and product development by sharing feedback and insights that inform product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and territory data in Salesforce to support account planning and forecasting.
  • Participate in account planning, business reviews, and quarterly solution reviews as needed.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience selling new solutions or upselling existing solutions and generating significant revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technology perspectives and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills for a global corporate environment.
  • Strong sales methodology experience and proficiency with Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ownership mindset, curiosity, proactivity, and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Continuous learning mindset with willingness to build skills through social learning, mentors, and formal programs.
  • Ability and willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.

  • Salary range of $89,600 to $150,500 per year.
