Description

  • Build and manage Duel's affiliate programme end to end.
  • Source, negotiate, and onboard affiliates including streamers, KOLs, content creators, affiliate networks, and communities.
  • Structure and manage partner deals using rev share, CPA, and hybrid models.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimise for quality, not just volume.
  • Identify and remove partners who damage the brand or conflict with Duel's positioning.
  • Stay embedded in crypto gambling communities to identify rising partners and assess which ones drive real players.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate activity with brand campaigns and activations.
  • Manage reporting, payouts, and other operational tasks for the affiliate programme.

Requirements

  • Experience managing affiliate programmes in gambling, crypto, or gaming.
  • An existing network in the space is a serious advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of affiliate deal structures and unit economics.
  • Ability to distinguish between affiliates who drive real players and those who drive bots.
  • Detail-oriented approach to operations and creative thinking for partnerships.
  • Crypto-native knowledge and familiarity with crypto gambling culture, including streamer and community dynamics.
