Description

  • Manage all stages of the university recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely, personalized communication throughout the process.
  • Design and implement creative recruiting strategies to engage university students and expand DRW’s campus reach and brand visibility.
  • Represent DRW at on-campus and virtual recruiting events as an ambassador for the firm’s opportunities and culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to shape recruiting, interviewing, and closing strategies for university talent.
  • Work with Recruiting Coordinators to schedule interviews efficiently, collect feedback promptly, and support smooth onboarding.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to track, monitor, and analyze recruiting metrics and improve process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting methods and contribute fresh ideas to campus engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of university recruiting experience, ideally in a technology-driven industry.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles.
  • Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative, urgency, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building meaningful relationships.
  • Creativity and determination with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using technology, including applicant tracking systems, for recruiting success.

  • Annual base salary range of $85,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set.
