Description

Manage all stages of the university recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely, personalized communication throughout the process.
Design and implement creative recruiting strategies to engage university students and expand DRW’s campus reach and brand visibility.
Represent DRW at on-campus and virtual recruiting events as an ambassador for the firm’s opportunities and culture.
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to shape recruiting, interviewing, and closing strategies for university talent.
Work with Recruiting Coordinators to schedule interviews efficiently, collect feedback promptly, and support smooth onboarding.
Use applicant tracking systems to track, monitor, and analyze recruiting metrics and improve process efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting methods and contribute fresh ideas to campus engagement efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of university recruiting experience, ideally in a technology-driven industry.
Willingness to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles.
Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong initiative, urgency, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building meaningful relationships.
Creativity and determination with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using technology, including applicant tracking systems, for recruiting success.

Benefits

Annual base salary range of $85,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set.
