Description

  • Own and optimize the HubSpot environment, including architecture, configuration, workflows, lifecycle design, and system administration.
  • Assess the current CRM state and create a prioritized 30/60/90-day roadmap for remediation, optimization, and scalability.
  • Design and enforce data governance standards for contact and company records, including deduplication, ownership attribution, and lifecycle management.
  • Implement controls, validation rules, automated workflows, and health dashboards to maintain CRM data quality and system performance.
  • Develop and execute data cleaning, validation, and standardization processes across company and contact records at scale.
  • Create and maintain data quality KPIs and regular reporting on duplicates, field completion, stage accuracy, and ownership coverage.
  • Build territory segmentation, account assignment rules, and routing automations to replace manual processes.
  • Design a data orchestration strategy across HubSpot, SendGrid, Mixpanel, Looker, Clerk, and UserPilot to unify commercial insights.
  • Build shared lifecycle stages, lead routing logic, and SLA frameworks to align Sales, Marketing, and IRR.
  • Develop ARR, GRR, and NRR reporting frameworks and leadership dashboards in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor capacity.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including architecture, administration, workflow design, lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Experience designing data orchestration strategies across multi-platform commercial stacks such as Mixpanel, Looker, SendGrid, Clerk, and UserPilot, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record of driving CRM transformation and organizational adoption in fast-moving, commercially oriented environments.
  • Experience building ARR, MRR, GRR, and NRR reporting frameworks and partnering with Finance on CRM data as a source of truth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with precision, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex systems into clear priorities for leadership.
  • Comfort leading change management across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment.
