Description

  • Design, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, digital events, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing programs in partnership with Sales and BDRs across 1:1, 1:few, and scaled motions.
  • Collaborate with Content & Community and Product Marketing to create campaign narratives and assets from customer stories, product launches, and industry insights.
  • Use Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, and product usage data to build audiences, orchestrate journeys, and improve performance.
  • Define goals and measurement plans, analyze funnel performance, and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Establish feedback loops with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve lead scoring, routing, and follow-up processes.
  • Test new channels, offers, creative concepts, and AI-enabled workflows, then scale successful plays across segments and regions.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and reporting for stakeholder visibility and alignment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns map to account plans, customer journeys, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B experience in growth marketing and/or demand generation, preferably in enterprise SaaS with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue targets.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines and dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of demand channels, funnel stages, and metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and sourced or influenced pipeline.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams on inbound and ABM motions.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign execution, audience management, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into prioritized actions.
  • High attention to detail and a strong bias toward action, from brief to launch and iteration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across marketing, sales, and leadership.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for periodic company events, team collaboration, and selected customer or field marketing activities.
  • Construction technology and/or enterprise marketing experience is preferred.
  • Drone certification is not required for this position.
