Description

  • Design and develop automation frameworks to streamline development processes and improve productivity.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs to improve system reliability and stability.
  • Promote clean code practices and maintain well-documented, maintainable code.
  • Develop performant and scalable backend solutions with a focus on efficiency.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve development practices and automation tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as test plans, standard operating procedures, and cookbooks.
  • Participate in architectural design discussions and provide feedback on backend solution design.
  • Be involved throughout the software development lifecycle from concept to final release.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or Go.
  • Experience with backend web frameworks such as Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
  • Excellent understanding and practical application of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a bug-hunting mindset.
  • Strong advocate of clean code principles and software development best practices.
  • Proven track record of optimizing backend systems for performance and scalability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development and other testing methodologies (preferred).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk (preferred).
