Description

  • Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise-level organizations to create long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Develop tailored solutions that address enterprise clients’ business objectives and challenges.
  • Lead the sales process from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying incremental revenue opportunities across regions and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and legal to align on customer needs and proposals.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and business development initiatives.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed enterprise partnership sales quotas and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling technology solutions to large enterprises.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Proven success establishing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including experience closing multi-million-dollar deals and navigating contract terms.
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior executives and maintain a client-first approach.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Industry knowledge in SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, or a similar relevant field preferred.

  • Base salary range of $95,880 to $141,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $159,800 to $235,000 USD, including commissions.
