Description

  • Build and deepen relationships with top MSP and VAR partners in alignment with Nebius’ strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and execute partner enablement programs for Nebius’ GPU IaaS solutions.
  • Work with the Head of Channel and Head of the Region to set partner priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Negotiate agreements, finalize contracts, and support implementation of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the MSP and VAR segments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to integrate partner activities into the broader sales strategy and track key metrics.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide insights to improve programs and increase impact.
  • Present Nebius’ offerings to senior leadership, technical teams, and enterprise partners.
  • Travel within North America and occasionally outside North America as needed.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of channel management experience with enterprise-level MSP and VAR partners.
  • Proven experience scaling adoption of cloud-based solutions with enterprise customers.
  • Strong existing relationships with key MSP and VAR partners serving enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions, preferably GPU IaaS or similar cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience enabling partners to sell complex products to enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales and marketing teams on joint strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans while also handling partner enablement, contract negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Experience selling, enabling, and supporting enterprise cloud, IaaS, and GPU-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and scaling partner ecosystems in an enterprise context.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application and able to provide proof of employment eligibility.
