Description

  • Build and execute the inbound sales strategy for Pre-Sales Rx.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks to support merchant acquisition, retention, and growth at scale.
  • Create strategic plans to improve revenue optimization and sales productivity.
  • Redesign processes and support product roadmap planning and launches.
  • Manage resource allocation and pipeline analytics to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Run tests and experiments to improve adoption and operational performance.
  • Drive day-to-day operations and implement process improvements that increase business impact.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, GTMT, Product, Finance, Merchant, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics teams to scale the business.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows and automation to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or a related field.
  • Track record of leading initiatives and achieving goals.
  • Strong cross-functional business experience, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Ability to diagnose data gaps and architect end-to-end AI-driven solutions from discovery to production deployment.
  • Experience building, testing, and iterating with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT (AI-native environment).
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and operate flexibly as needed; a ‘humble doer’ mindset.
