Description

  • Own the development, implementation, and administration of new and existing sales incentive structures for the DoorDash for Business Sales team.
  • Design sales compensation plans and drive plan implementation across the business.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Product to align stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to redesign incentives, create SPIFFs, and run pilot tests.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports for executive leadership and Sales teams.
  • Integrate new products into the sales go-to-market strategy and help build consensus among sales leadership.
  • Provide analytical and technical support for the global administration of sales incentive programs.
  • Build partnerships and communicate insights proactively to address issues in real time.
  • Support the successful administration of sales planning and strategy initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of total experience, including experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, or at a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver recommendations from complex datasets.
  • SQL experience required, along with Salesforce and Excel.
  • Proven experience using AI tooling to drive efficiency and improve processes, including tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Experience mapping complex operational workflows, diagnosing data gaps, and building AI-driven solutions end-to-end, from process discovery through prototype to production deployment.

  • Base salary of $105,400 to $155,000 USD, depending on work location and experience.
