Description

  • Drive the full talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer letter management.
  • Proactively source candidates for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles using a range of platforms and networks.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on job descriptions and shortlisted candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, and events.
  • Use candidate and hiring team feedback to improve and iterate on the hiring process.
  • Onboard new hires by creating onboarding projects, preparing systems, and setting employees up for success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global team members and help transition manual support into scalable self-service solutions.
  • Create and maintain employee documentation and accurate records across People Systems.
  • Support talent and people programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture, growth, and values.

Requirements

  • Experience in both startup and scale-up environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, people operations, onboarding, and first-line support for global team members.
  • Passion for people and a human-centric approach to work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and engagingly in an asynchronous, globally collaborative environment.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting quickly when priorities change.
  • Resourcefulness and a focus on opportunities rather than problems.
  • Alignment with Doist’s mission to empower people with simple yet powerful tools.
  • Willingness to work independently with little direction while remaining accountable.
  • Interest in an IC3 or IC4 level role.
  • Experience creating operational practices that improve hiring and employee experience (preferred).
