Description

  • Build and activate a local market within an existing professional network.
  • Develop relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, CFOs, Legal leaders, founders, and other executives.
  • Position Respiris as a trusted partner for outplacement and transition support.
  • Generate introductions, referrals, and partner company relationships that convert into revenue.
  • Deliver structured coaching to individuals navigating career transitions.
  • Facilitate three-month engagements that include 10 coaching sessions per client.
  • Host or support curated events to build trust, visibility, and market awareness.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on market activation and growth.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve execution, organization, and coaching quality.
  • Build a repeatable revenue stream that complements existing work.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Head of HR, HRBP, recruiter, advisor, or operator.
  • Generated at least $50,000 in revenue under your own EIN (required).
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Trusted by senior decision-makers.
  • Comfort navigating sensitive employee transition moments.
  • Ability to turn relationships into revenue opportunities.
  • Highly relational and commercially minded.
  • Comfort using modern tools and AI platforms.
  • Willingness to invest time, effort, and capital into building a market.
  • Must have generated a minimum of $50,000 in independent revenue under your own EIN, regardless of current employment status.
  • Not a fit for candidates seeking passive leads or a traditional salaried role.
  • Not a fit for candidates uncomfortable with relationship-driven selling.
  • Not a fit for candidates who are not prepared to invest financially.

Benefits

  • $10,000 Founding Partner commitment with $5,000 upfront and $5,000 earned through generated revenue.
  • 60% revenue share, or approximately $900 per candidate engagement.
  • Path to Partner after generating revenue across 10 client logos.
  • 70% revenue share as a Partner, or approximately $1,050 per candidate engagement.
