Description

  • Own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
  • Build and maintain HR systems, workflows, and documentation that support smooth and compliant operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and business leaders on people-related decisions.
  • Proactively identify workforce trends, gaps, and opportunities and present data-informed insights to leadership.
  • Own the recruiting function, including sourcing strategy, hiring processes, and offer frameworks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and deliver a strong candidate experience.
  • Manage compliance and risk across operating regions, including employment law and HR regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a unified global culture and design employee experiences that support growth and engagement.
  • Bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to key people processes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Progressive HR experience supporting global, distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience navigating multi-jurisdictional HR compliance and employment law.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and contributing to strategic people discussions.
  • Strong operational rigor with a focus on clean processes, accurate documentation, and consistent execution.
  • Direct recruiting experience, including balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Comfort operating both strategically and in the details of day-to-day HR work.
  • Experience supporting or managing global payroll and benefits is a plus.
  • Experience with Hong Kong employee experience is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage external partners such as recruiters, legal counsel, and contractors when needed.
