Description

Own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
Build and maintain HR systems, workflows, and documentation that support smooth and compliant operations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and business leaders on people-related decisions.
Proactively identify workforce trends, gaps, and opportunities and present data-informed insights to leadership.
Own the recruiting function, including sourcing strategy, hiring processes, and offer frameworks.
Partner with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Manage compliance and risk across operating regions, including employment law and HR regulatory requirements.
Champion a unified global culture and design employee experiences that support growth and engagement.
Bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to key people processes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Progressive HR experience supporting global, distributed teams.
Hands-on experience navigating multi-jurisdictional HR compliance and employment law.
Experience advising senior leaders and contributing to strategic people discussions.
Strong operational rigor with a focus on clean processes, accurate documentation, and consistent execution.
Direct recruiting experience, including balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a resource-constrained environment.
Comfort operating both strategically and in the details of day-to-day HR work.
Experience supporting or managing global payroll and benefits is a plus.
Experience with Hong Kong employee experience is a plus.
Ability to leverage external partners such as recruiters, legal counsel, and contractors when needed.
