Description

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new SMB prospects to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Prospect within an assigned geographic territory and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Engage key decision makers to introduce Dodge products and services.
  • Conduct follow-up, pipeline management, and deal progression activities to close new business.
  • Partner with senior sales personnel to build contacts and uncover additional opportunities.
  • Meet prospects through phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Complete daily prospecting and follow-up KPI expectations.
  • Update CRM records in real time, including stage, close date, notes, and deal value.
  • Prepare and send proposals and process contracts through company systems.
  • Attend and/or conduct local meet-and-greet events to support territory growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology products and services.
  • Proven success consistently closing new business in a high-velocity, high-volume inside sales environment.
  • Ability to close most deals in under 2 weeks.
  • Strong solution-based selling skills with the ability to uncover pain points and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent objection handling skills and ability to navigate gatekeepers effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities and prioritizing independently.
  • High organizational discipline, executional rigor, integrity, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presenting to large groups.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, plus Microsoft Office Suite and order management functionality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer and market dynamics.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future visa sponsorship.
  • Must be located in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, or WY.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for face-to-face meetings with prospects.

  • Base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
